Any candidate looking for employment with NESA must, first and foremost, share our passion and commitment to soccer. We strongly believe that every coach at NESA must demonstrate a willingness to work hard and show a desire to develop every player under their tutelage.
We look for our coaches to continuously develop their craft through our in house professional development, we look for coaches who seek out and share different ideas with other coaches and we look for coaches who are committed to external education through USSF coaching courses.

Minimum qualifications 2 Years experience in a club or academy environment

Minimum of a USSF D License or International equivalent
