PROGRAM OVERVIEW
NESA provides a structured soccer developmental pathway for youth soccer players from U6 to U18 and our club players compete with and against some of the best players in the state. We have structured a player development pathway that is designed to provide exactly what each individual needs, considering as they grow their chronological age, their physical size, and their maturation level.

Players learn to love the game while building foundational skills

Improve technical proficiency: ball mastery, passing, receiving, and ball striking

Maximize ball contact time while introducing players to the key components of attacking and defending

Build core motor skills of balance, agility, strength, and body awareness

Maintain a creative environment for guided discovery

U9 - U12 7v7 and 9v9
Players first introduction to an elite, merit-based, progressive program. Continuing technical development while introducing tactical game elements.

Implementation of the tactical knowledge required for the 4 points of transition

Preparation of spatial awareness from small sided to 11 v 11
